How to clean the Ultracera stains?

Our Polished finish requires minimal care and maintenance. Honed Concrete and Rough surfaces will require additional daily and weekly care. Due to the nature of the surface design, it is recommended that common household spills like liquid droplets and rings are dried immediately. As with any matte product, owners of Concrete, Honed and Rough finishes may experience increased smudges from everyday living. Weekly, the surface should be cleaned with Soft Scrub Liquid Gel and Bleach and thoroughly dried. We encourage you to order a sample of the products you are considering. When you receive your sample, try treating it to a few scenarios you may face in your kitchen: spill something on it, touch it with greasy fingers, and clean it. This will help you understand how the surface responds to your daily life and how comfortable you feel with it.

How to care for the Ultracera Countertops?

Use a damp, soft cloth with warm water and soap or non-abrasive cleaner.
Scrape away adhered food, gum or nail polish with a putty knife, then clean…
Ultracera is resistant to cracks, scratches and stains.
Ultracera non-porous nature resists staining, eliminates the need for sealing and reduces bacterial growth potential.

Dyes or Pigments in the engineered stone chromatic colors?

What coloring materials do you use in the chromatic colors, dyes or pigments? A: We use the pigments in our chromatic colors, never using the dyes. The pigments in our chromatic colors are made of ink solid powder, environmentally, harmless and part of them used in the cosmetic fields, which are insoluble in water. So when the slabs are polished and processed, the water will not dissolve the pigments, and the working water still be clean. The pigments will become the sediment, and the use of water will enter into our automatic pressure filter dewatering system. At Ultracera, we’re committed to sustainability and the environment.

What are your lead times for a medium to large-size project?

Our production time stays firmly between 3 to 7 weeks for medium to large projects.
